Dont know how much this issue have been discussed already but anyway..what the game needs badly is ability to recover your deleted character/s..could be with certain limitations etc.i am most certain that most people who really would want to make comeback with their old character would be happy to even pay for it.

dont delete shit if your gonna regreat it,

buy a new char slot its as easy as that

I think it's far worse if your account gets compromised and all your characters have been deleted.

No backups or ways of recovering someone's 4 years investment in a game... is how they like to treat their customers at NCSoft unfortunately.

When you buy GW and play it, you need to play it with this concern in mind. I think it will be only fair if they would put this on the GW game box, right next to the "no monthly fees" note so that potential buyers and players know what to expect.

Once it's gone it's gone for good. So try not to get too attached.

As you can see, it's not quite the same but it's close. Character recovery is something that's been discussed quite a bit though. No need for more threads.
